Pretty and useful a winning combination!

I have started to collect inkwells ( see previous post last week) and as I mentioned before most are not very expensive. I found this one on EBay they were selling it because of moving the mother into assisted living I think it was. It is not really old just pretty to me.

Well, I only have one desk so I am being creative in using my inkwells. I thought this would look pretty on the bathroom vanity atop my papier mache mirror I got in San Francisco years ago.

Part of my pink living is to use the pretty things you have--don't save them for some time in future. I think I can put hair pins in the inkwell and as you see perfume bottles on the tray.
