Marie AntoinetteNicole West has always wanted to be an artist. She is largely self taught. She sculpts in polymer clay and her creations sell on EBay and in private shops for very respectable sums.
When I discovered her this week on EBay it was a fluke that make me type in a search for "Marie Antoinette doll" and what a joy when I saw her work. Truly amazing and so clever-- the faces of her dolls look real, beautiful and seem to glow from within. I was not the happy bidder who will enjoy this version of Marie Antoinette but I now have a new goal-- to save for my own work of art from Miss West.
