Living Pink means saving time and enjoying lots of "free time"

The older I get the more valuable time is to me. I guess everyone feels like that. This is a view I would not tire of and that I hope I see again soon. I love the clock at the Musee d'Orsay!

I have some things I do to save time. I tape all the shows I watch and then speed through them ---no wasting time on commercials--that saves me a lot of time.

I keep everything well organized --no hunting for things, no misplaced items, no buying same item that I already own.

I cook a lot at once. Sometimes enough for entire week and just freeze or reheat as needed.

I am low tech- see that pretty pink date book above? I carry it always I have never lost one, all my appointments are in it works just fine costs me 12.00 never breaks! Keep it simple.

I also shop for gifts for people all year and put them away (in a special spot so I don't forget what I have) label who gets what and I have a list of people and as I find something for their birthday or holiday I make a check next to their name. That saves me standing in line at busy shopping times.
In a psychology class I learned there is a name for the phenomena of time passing so fast when you are interested in something versus when time drags when you are bored or not interested. I have forgotten what that is called but it is almost as if your brain is in "altered state" when you are super engaged. That is the way I like to live in my "free time" so I try and make more of that good time to enjoy all my pinkness and passions and friends
.
Have a Pink day!
