I wish I had one of these right now! This is the dessert I usually choose at Laduree in Paris. I think I got it because it was PINK ! It is yummy.
We made hot chocolate the other night with the cocoa we got at Angelina Tea Salon in Paris--boy was it better than normal hot chocolate so rich and smooth I also did half cream and half hole milk more like the thick hot chocolate in most Paris tea salons or restaurants. Deux Magots cafe also makes a pretty good hot chocolate.
