Pinks in garden in a heat wave

My pink yarrow is spreading

Pink spider flower for the butterflies and hummingbirds


Pink salvia and violas


Bougainvillea in a pot on the patio it doesn't live in winter here



Pink cosmos almost ready to open
Everything pink is popping open in our 100 degree heat wave. I am surprised the violas are surviving. No relief in sight yet from this heat but the pinks help me feel like it is cooler.

    so pretty especially considering the darn heat! Now I promised I would NOT complain after the frigid winter we had, but come on...10 to 15* hotter than normal?

    OOOOOOOOOhhhh! I love all your pretty pink flowers! I did not know that salvia came in pink!

    So sorry about the heatwave and your blogging problem.

    To solve my blogging problem I logged out of blogger and logged back in NOT clicking "keep me logged in". And that worked. So many people told me about this easy solution! Thank goodness for our wonderful blogging community!

    Ahhh and I Wish I could have bougainvillea here in the north! I would have arches of it everywhere leading to all sorts of secret gardens! Loved your pink pictures. So delightful!

    Ahh.. your pink Cosmos's.... I had a cat Cosmo for 17 years I just lost...and would always have them in the house when they where in season..
