Marie Antoinette cup cakes!!!

I saw these cute cupcakes on Pintrest!! Aren't they really unusual and clever? This is the trouble with looking on  Pintrest you see neat things like this and want to know more!
 I wish I knew who made them. I think the top (her body) is made with that modeling clay bakers use. Any one know anything about these. I would love to order some or learn how to make them! What fun although I feel they are probably labor intensive.
