Sometimes we just need to breathe, to relax and recharge, refocus, reinvent. Sometimes we need a change to renew our energy.
I needed that rest recently after a stressful start to 2013 so we went on holiday to the California coast-- my second favorite place after Paris. No agenda just visiting some friends, eating good,fresh food, relaxing near the water, going to Balboa Park in San Diego.Perfection.
I feel much better! I hope you can recharge in whatever fashion suits you . The best way for me is being near water, watching the tide and the sunset, hearing the roar of the surf.
